Francesco Bertelli was born in 1987. He starts his career of dj/producer 6 years ago and till 2010 has worked for different house project and like sound engineer. In 2011 decides to start a project solo like dj and producer under the name of "Mennie". His first release came out in February 2011 on Jonk Rec with the remix of the track "Feel This" by Leonardo Gonnelli, then his second release will be out at the end of April on the dutch record label "Melomane" with the ep "Mytester 2000". In April 2011 comes out "Ashtray ep" on the italian "Polar Noise Rec" containing three original tracks and a remix by Riccardo Ferri (Alchemy Rec). In addition in November of the same year signed the ep 2021 on Farenheit Rec, the label of the italian dj producer Mario Piu. In April 2012 comes out with the ep "My visions ep" released on the argentine label Pild: three original tracks Samga, Garua and Der Komm; this last track was supported played and charted by big artists like Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola, Gel Abril etc. Finally after this last success Mennie started the collaboration with the famous italian Dj Mario PiuÌ€ with the single “Get Enough” released on Fahrenheit that raised up to the 1° position on Beatport Nu Disco Chart and 16° position in Beatport General Chart and at the same time supported by most of the best djs of the world thanks to his techno mood melted with vintage sounds influence. His productions cover from house sonorities, with the research of particular vocal samples, to those more typical of techno music; always at the research of new innovative sounds! His sets are characterized by groovy tracks and deep and strong basslines! During his career has played with international dj like Matthew Dear, Nick Curly, Julien Chaptal, Alex Celler, Dan Ghenacia, Gabry Fasano, Praslea etc...
